在油漆的涂料傍邊因為含有簡單焚燒的溶劑，所以這個油漆是歸于風險品傍邊的易燃液體。轎車漆也是油漆的一種，很明顯轎車漆歸于風險化學品的一員，在運送和貯存過程都要按照易燃液體的要求進行操作。
常見的轎車漆有烤漆、氟碳金屬漆、丙烯酸漆以及罩光清漆，這些油漆中都還有比較多的溶劑，溶劑揮發簡單焚燒或者是爆破，危害性也挺大的。特別是轎車漆運送基本上都是大批量的運，所以不可能隨意就找個車就運，法律規定風險品運送有必要找具有風險品運送資格證的企業進行運送，假如沒有，一旦被抓到，賞罰很嚴重。并且在轎車油漆貯存的時分需要遠離火源、熱源；特別是在轉移的時分也不要粗暴和不可以進行磕碰、遷延；運用專業風險品車輛運送；車輛運送工程中油漆桶要固定、堆碼規整、勻速行駛。
1. 油漆裝卸過程中應該遠離火源、熱源等高溫點，裝車時要小心，不能有碰擊、遷延、相互抵觸等粗暴行為。
2. 油漆桶不能倒置，桶口要朝上放置；堆放要規整，裝卸完之后要用網罩將油漆固定。
3. 裝車多層堆疊時，層間要運用墊子相隔，并固定漆桶
4. 卸貨時不能將油漆桶滾下，放置劇烈抵觸產生火花，不能發作嚴重碰擊，以防油漆桶決裂
5. 運送車量要契合防爆規范，行駛過程中不要急停急剎，以防油漆相撞決裂。
6. 車輛中要攜帶滅火器、捆扎帶等，不能攜帶會抵觸的油漆。
